Each journey is five nights at a single estate, so you unpack once and spend your days in the vineyards, at the table and out exploring the region with a private guide.
Day 1 · Benvenuti. Transfer from the airport, welcome aperitivo among the vines, six-course pairing dinner.
Day 2 · The estate and Verona. Cellar tour and tasting, then a private guide through the Arena and Juliet's balcony.
Day 3 · Lake Garda. A private boat and a lakeside village, then the vineyard-view pool.
Day 4 · Slow day. Morning yoga, a red-wine tasting and time to enjoy the estate.
Day 5 · Truffles and a farewell. Truffle hunt or picnic, then an eight-course dinner in the vineyard.
Day 6 · Arrivederci. Breakfast and transfer to the airport.

Valpolicella Wine Journey

In Latin, Maximum Agium meant the highest state of well-being. That is where Massimago takes its name. Tucked into the Mezzane Valley, the wildest corner of Valpolicella, this organic winery has belonged to the same family since 1883.
Today the estate is led by winemaker Camilla Rossi Chauvenet, a self-made woman who turned her family's country home into a creative, innovative winery known for an Amarone of rare elegance. Traveling with us means supporting a woman-led estate.
You will stay among organic vineyards and olive trees, about 30 minutes from Verona.

Day 4 · Olive oil. The historic olive mill and a tasting, then a free afternoon.
Day 5 · Your own wine. Blend and label your own bottle, sunset yoga, farewell dinner.

Puglia Wine & Wellness Journey

In 1881, the first Primitivo vines were planted here, brought to the estate as part of a countess's dowry. Today this historic farmhouse near Manduria sits on a 740-acre estate of organic vineyards, olive groves and ancient oak forest, ten minutes from the Ionian Sea.
Days move at the pace of the South: yoga in the vineyard, long lunches in the shade, sunset aperitivo among the vines and dinners paired with wines made a few steps away.
